Location features and architecture: WOL.100 is a modern apartment hotel, part of the Central Park mixed-use complex in Katowice, Poland. Thanks to its location in the Central District, residents have access to the city's developed infrastructure, while the city's largest park, just 50 meters away, offers many opportunities for walks and active recreation. Fast commissioning of the complex was made possible thanks to the reconstruction of the existing building.
Construction is carried out according to monolithic-frame technology using lime-sand blocks and complex insulation with mineral wool, which significantly reduces heating costs. For efficient energy saving, five-chamber window profiles with double-glazed windows are provided, and sensors will automatically turn off heating when windows are opened.
The Central Park territory is divided into a common area with recreational facilities and a children's playground and an inner enclosed courtyard in minimalist Japanese style. The property is located 30 minutes walk from the city center, close to the transport hub providing access to all types of public transport. Just 5 minutes away is a pedestrian bridge leading to the three nearest universities.
