OSELIA - The complex is located in the town of Yaremche, amidst a dense spruce forest, near the legendary Dovbush Trail - a route shrouded in the spirit of Carpathian opryshki. This is a place where mountains, forest and Prut River create an atmosphere of deep relaxation and complete reboot.
Each apartment of the project is a combination of nature outside the window, comfort inside and the infrastructure of the resort nearby. Panoramic windows offer a view of the old Carpathian forest, which changes with every season.

The complex is managed by a professional management company providing full support to investors from the beginning of the project to the receipt of dividends. After the launch of the facility, a notarized 10-year lease agreement is signed with the possibility of prolongation. The company is also responsible for technical control, marketing and PR promotion for stable income.
There are 80 apartments of three types of layouts:
- Standard - 16 to 26 m²
- Standard+ - area from 26 to 35 m²
- Luxury - 50 to 54 sq. m.
Each format provides an ergonomic layout, modern design.
